Parking
You can self-park in the hotel parking garage with our reduced rate of $10.00 for the evening. Please bring your parking garage ticket with you to be validated at the $10.00 rate. Payment will be made at time of validation. Utilizing Hilton’s valet parking service will incur separate fees.
Gala Check-in starts at 5:30
You must present your vaccination card prior to entry or a recent (72 hours) negative Covid-19 test result. A physical copy or a photo of your vaccination card or negative result are acceptable. Please read our full Covid-19 Policy below for further information. You will first go through the Covid compliance line which is being managed by Chamber members, Ally Medical. Once you receive your wristband showing you have completed Covid safety protocols you can then proceed to the next table and check-in under your last name. You will recive your table number after you check in.
Covid-19 Policy
A printed copy or picture of a negative COVID-19 test result will be required to attend The Business of Pride Gala. The negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours of first entering The Business of Pride Gala. Patrons who are fully vaccinated may show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination instead of proof of a negative test. Patrons showing proof of vaccine do not need to be tested to enter The Business of Pride Gala. A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the second shot of Pfizer/Moderna or single shot of J&J. Please note that vaccination is not required to attend The Business of Pride Gala.
Dinner is served around 7:00
The menu is amazing first of all. Upon check-in please let us know if you prefer a vegan/vegetarian option. We can't wait for you to see and taste the dessert!
Gina Chavez & Band
Performing directly after the ceremony you won't want to miss this! Gina Chavez is a wife, philanthropist and an award-winning independent musician. She is a 2020 Latin Grammy nominee for Best Pop/Rock Album, 12-time Austin Music Award winner, including 2019 Best Female Vocals and 2015 Austin Musician of the Year. Her NPR Tiny Desk concert has more than 1.2 million views and her hour-long PBS special is available nationwide.
Still Austin VIP Lounge
The Still Austin Whiskey VIP Lounge will open after the ceremony and during Gina Chavez's performance. A place to gather, enjoy whiskey tastings, and celebrate the winners of the 2021 Business Awards.

We are 100% committed to providing safe events in Austin. The health and safety of our staff, members, leadership, and attendees is our utmost priority.
In order to provide safe events we have started a check-in protocol for in-person events and are following protocols consistent with the Austin Public Health COVID-19 Risk-Based Guidelines:
- If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you refrain from attending in-person LGBT Chamber events
- We have implemented a wristband check-in for your comfort and protection at all 2021 in-person events
- Please wear a mask at all times while indoors, unless actively eating or drinking
- Please continue to follow other prevention measures, including washing your hands and social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines
- We will have Ally Medical at the doors providing temp checks, masks, and wristbands any time Austin is in Stage 3 or higher
