🖤 Black tie is encouraged, but personal style is celebrated. ✨ Velvet tuxes, sequined gowns, neon accents, statement suits, rhinestone accessories — yes please. 💸 Bonus points for luxe textures, metallics, green details, or money-inspired looks.
Please note that there will be black light activations. Some fabrics—especially white, neon, or sheer materials—can react under black lights, making undergarments more visible. We recommend checking your outfit under black light beforehand or opting for darker, fully lined pieces to avoid any unexpected glow.

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT BEGIN?
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. for sponsors and 6:15 p.m. for general admission right outside of the Grand Ballroom (6th Floor) in the Hilton Austin.
Dinner and programming are set to begin at 7:00 p.m.

ARE AWARD FINALISTS GIVEN COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS?
Award finalists are not given complimentary tickets. Individual tickets cover the cost of food & beverage. A portion of ticket sales goes to year-round Chamber Programming and the Austin LGBT Chamber Education Fund.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
The Hilton Austin has valet parking and self-parking for a fee. The Chamber does not cover the cost of parking. As always, planning your trip with CapMetro, ride sharing, Uber/Lyft is recommended.

How do I find my table?
If you purchased a table and have not assigned your seating please do so ASAP. Each person with an assigned seat can register themselves and skip the line upon arrival using their cell phone. Once you are checked in via the link in the "Welcome Austin LGBT Chamber!" text message, click "My Info" tab for your table number.
I purchased tickets online. Will I receive physical/digital tickets?
There will be no physical tickets! Please make sure your phone number is in our ticketing system. This is how you will be notified of seating/table placement. There will also be a registration table to help you find your seat if needed. If you have any questions, email [email protected].
Why do you need my phone number?
Please make sure your phone number is on your account to participate in programming during the event. There is no physical ticket for this event. All ticketing is done through GiveSmart and SMS. Table numbers will be sent via text. In case of emergency, text will also be the main form of communication. If you need assistance, please contact your table captain. Don't worry, your phone number will only be used for this event and not for future marketing purposes.
